Shipping and payment

1. Payment

You can pay for the goods with us:

• Bank transfer
• Using Google Pay
• Twisto Deferred Payment
  • Buy now, pay in a month with no fees
  • Or Twisto payment in three instalments (buy now, pay in the next three months without fees) - can only be used for products with a price greater than CZK 2,500
• Online payment card

When you enter your card, you can choose whether or not to save your card. If we save it, you will not have to re-enter your payment details each time you make a purchase.

2. Shipping

We will deliver your goods through one of our selected partners. The dispatch of your order is in progress:

• A. On the day of receipt of your order if it is received by 14:00 on a weekday.
• B. The next weekday after the day your order is received if it is received after 2pm on a weekday or weekend.

Delivery to your address is usually within 1-3 days. In case of unexpected delays we will inform you promptly. All documents related to the goods are automatically sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
